Dr. Andrea Zehetner has worked in the field of intellectual property law since 2002. After working in a Munich patent law firm and her qualification as a patent attorney, including a period at the MIT Technology Licensing Office, she worked from 2007 to 2014 as an in-house patent counsel in research-intensive industries in a highly competitive environment. She was responsible for development projects as well as for IP strategies for established products.
Dr. Andrea Zehetner regularly lectures on patent strategy in the field of technology and innovation management at universities, entrepreneurship centers, and start-up seminars. She studied chemistry at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU), where she also received her doctorate from the School of Biology.
